Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel here on this page. You stay a supporter until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you aren’t charged again.
What happens to my designs when my plan ends?
You go back to a free account. You have 14 days to pick which 3 designs to keep on My designs; after that the others are deleted. Subscribing again within the 14 days keeps everything. Save project files of any design you want to keep on your computer.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe, on Stripe’s own checkout page. Your card details never reach us. Use Manage billing to change your card or see invoices.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email [email protected] and we’ll refund it in full. After that you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the terms.
Do I need to pay to use the tools?
No. Every tool works without an account and without paying, and nothing is held back. A plan only adds online storage and helps keep the site running.
Can I just donate instead?
Yes, a one-off donation on the Support page helps just as much. Donors can choose to appear on the supporters wall.
